Functional Movement Screen

To prepare an athlete for the wide variety of activities needed to participate in or return to their sport, the analysis of fundamental movements should be incorporated into screening to determine who possesses, or lacks, the ability to perform certain essential movements.

Sports training programs developed and researched by FSA help athletes realize positive and sustainable long-term changes in their lives. FSA has adopted the Post Activation Potentiation (PAP) method for training athletes. In PAP, athletes perform a loaded, compound movement followed by an explosive, plyometric movement with the aim of improving their first steps.
