Functional Movement Screen

To prepare an athlete for the wide variety of activities needed to participate in or return to their sport, the analysis of fundamental movements should be incorporated into screening to determine who possesses, or lacks, the ability to perform certain essential movements.

FSA is a researched and developed-based sports training program customized to help create a sustainable holistic long-term and positive change for athletes. FSA has adopted the Post Activation Potentiation (PAP) method for training athletes. PAP is a loaded, often compound movement, followed by an explosive, plyometric-based movement with the goal on improving an athlete’s first step.
